Lead Generation Specialist Job Description
Opening for a full:time for a Lead Generation Specialist to join the busy Marketing and Sales department for a technology software firm in Westmont, IL (a suburb of Chicago). Working with the team, this position will perform telephone prospecting functions to generate and nurture sales leads that will fill the sales pipeline on an ongoing basis. We are looking for someone who is energetic, well spoken, punctual and reliable, with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
In summary, the duties and responsibilities of this role will be to provide qualified sales leads that enable the Sales team to help achieve company sales targets.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience of lead generation with a software company. In addition, the candidate must be:
Good communicator-able to communicate in a detailed and articulate manner
Demonstrate outstanding research and interviewing skills
Work accurately and effectively under pressure and exercise good judgment
A Team player
Have experience in regularly achieving targets
Have outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Have a strong attention to detail
Associate's degree (2 yr); Bachelors degree preferred
2 years of software lead generation experience
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge and experience of CRM and Sales Force Automation tools is a must
